Description	More arts and crafts on display. Evacuee artists in Amache displayed an amazing variety of work. Sand tray gardens called 'bon-kei' were very popular. They were miniature landscapes using sand, desert plants, dried wood and other prairie materials. Ikebana flower arrangements were also popular with the evacuees.
