Description |
High School faculty and students organized a full range of activities. They started a student government, choral groups, a band, an orchestra, drama club, sports teams, and a wide variety of interest clubs and organizations. Many students were heavily involved in both high school and community activities. Amache sports teams provided evacuee residents with spectator entertainment such as this football game. On several occasions they played against teams from nearby Colorado communities. |
