England- March 5th 1918
I am doing fine and hope these few lines will fine you the same.
On the top of each letter I will number them so you will know if any of the letters are missing. But you write to me regular if you hear from me or not. When you write to me it is best to write on only one side of the paper so if they cut any thing out it will not ruin the letter.
I often wonder if Ed. has gone or what he will do.
We are in a place in England where there seem to be no danger- it is suppose to be the safest town in all England, so you need not worry.
Use last address I gave you until I notify you.
