Materials from the California Folklore Miscellany, a collection of legends, character sketches of historical figures, folk speech, and ephemera gathered and organized by students in Professor Hector Lee’s folklore classes in the 1960s.
Roy Maxwell Talbot
Photographs, artifacts, and documents from the private collection of Roy Maxwell Talbot related to his long and eventful career in China as a Chinese Maritime Customs Service official (1908-1942). He retired to Santa Rosa, California in the 1940’s.
Camp Amache
Photographs of daily life at the Amache Relocation Center in Colorado, home to over 7,000 Americans of Japanese ancestry during World War II. Many internees were from the North Bay.
